Unicorn Tales Guided Journal Book Review

Unicorns.

There is no denying it, my kids love unicorns (as do I.)

So when I was sent the Unicorn Tales - A guided journal for a magic life, I was really undecided whether to pass it on to my children or to selfishly keep it to myself.

In the end I decided on the former.

Get Ready to go on a Magical Journey!

Sure, unicorns are super cute and pretty. But , what's the real reason we love unicorns? Because they spark our imagination and help us to believe in the impossible.

Inside this book, you will learn how you can embrace all of the wonderful traits of the unicorn.

Get ready to have fun as you read, think, write and draw about kindness, happiness, individuality, creativity, dreams and so much more.

Spit into ten sections, this is a diary/writing prompt that aims to instil a touch of positivity in you each and every time you open it up.

The sections cover the following:

Confidence
Kindness
Happiness
Faith
Individuality
Creativity
Magic
Wishes
Dreams
Giggles

Each section starts with an inspiring quote and an explanation of what that particular word could mean to you.

Leave a trail of glitter everywhere you go

Uplifting.

I found every activity to be thought provoking.

Always focusing on the positives rather than the negatives. Something that is truly welcome in our world right now.

There are opportunities to write and colour.

To really channel your creative self.

Tell the tale of your awesome life!

This is a book that really aims to provide a piece of mindfulness for the individual using it.

And you don't have to be a huge unicorn fan to really benefit from it.

For me personally, what I liked the most was the fact that it doesn't become obsolete once you've completed it because it is a tool that you can then use to look back on when you aren't feeling particularly happy.

You are able to reabsorb that positivity that you were feeling at the time of writing it.

The Unicorn Magic Journal is quite simply magical.

  1. It looks lovely. I think the unicorn magic has by-passed our household with 2 boys

  2. I must say that I don't like the whole unicorn phenomenon! Luckily my daughter was already too old when they became a big thing. But my niece absolutely loves them and I know she would like this.
