Read WIth Me 2019 #24

Hello and welcome to another Read With Me link up. Thank you to everybody who was kind enough to join in last week.

Having reached my Goodreads target of 65 books last week I'm now wondering just how many books I am going to get around to reading this year?

Some of my favourites this year have actually been surprising in the sense that they're aren't what I'd typically go for so I suppose I'm learning to not judge a book by it's cover/blurb.

My favourite post last week came from Shell Louise with her review of a Cecelia Ahern's novel The Time of My Life.

On to the link up. Newbies do look at the Read With Me page, regulars get linking (max of 2 posts/videos), comment on a couple of other posts and perhaps consider displaying my badge of linking back somehow.

Read With Me

Happy reading.

  1. That's interesting that some of your favourite books have been ones that aren't your usual type. I often find that too.

  2. Thanks for mentioning me :)
I'm getting behind on my challenge and I don't know if I'm going to be able to catch up. I just can't seem to find the time to sit and read anymore. It doesn't help that I've decided to read huge books like Game Of Thrones this year either!

  3. Wow, here I am feeling pleased that I'm on course to read at least 20 books this year! I'm a slow reader so will never manage to hit 65+!

  4. Oh my goodness, 65 books in 6 months is incredible - I'm one ahead of my Goodreads target of 50 so far this year and I'm hoping to hit my target by the end of the year! x
