Read With Me 2018 #47

Hello and a big welcome to this weeks Read With Me. A massive thank you as always to everyone that continues to link up each week, it's always really appreciated!

This time of year has me thinking more about books as they are always something that I put on my Christmas wish list. I've requested a small nine novels just from my mum.

Have you got any books that you are asking for or do you buy them for yourself throughout the year?

My favourite post last week came from Acorn Books with their review of The Element in the Room, love how there are more fun science based books coming out.

On to the link up. Newbies do look at the Read With Me page, regulars get linking (max of 2 posts/videos), comment on a couple of other posts and perhaps consider displaying my badge of linking back somehow.

Read With Me

Happy reading.

  1. I haven't asked for any books for Christmas, although there are definitely some I want! I will spend any vouchers I get on books, otherwise I just buy them myself throughout the year. I spend more on books than I do on clothes!

  2. I've asked for a couple but I tend to buy them myself because I buy them second-hand and for some reason, people dont like giving second-hand books as gifts! I've finally got my mum to use the second-hand option when buying books for me from Amazon!

  4. I have a birthday coming up before Christmas and want to put about 6 books on my list and oddly more factual ones this time around #ReadWithMe - thanks for hosting and reminding me to read

  5. My amazon book wishlist is available to relatives to purchase from. However I've mostly added them to the list in kindle format, as son2's books are taking over our bookshelves. He tends to buy a couple every weekend. And I've now discovered that apparently people can't gift kindle editions
