Read With Me 2018 #44

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Read With Me, the first one in November. I actually prefer this time of year, getting cosy underneath a blanket with a book in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.

Where's your favourite place to read?

This week I wanted to show you a couple of books I was recently sent in the post. The Biographic series is a great set of books, looking at the lives of some of the world's greatest thinkers and creatives.

Using facts, dates, thoughts, habits and achievements, there is a great source of information and the use of infographics makes these books accessible for a wide range of ages.

I actually was lucky enough to review part of this series a couple of months ago and my eldest daughter is now keen to own all of the books in the set!

Now onto my favourite post from last week. I've chosen Story Snug's post about the brilliant fold-out book, Alphabet Street.

On to the link up. Newbies do look at the Read With Me page, regulars get linking (max of 2 posts/videos), comment on a couple of other posts and perhaps consider displaying my badge of linking back somehow.

Read With Me

Happy reading.

  1. Thank you for featuring Story Snug. The Alphabet Book is brilliant, such an original and fun way for children to learn letters :o)

  2. This is my favourite time of year as well :)
I've linked up but my web host is having server issues today so I'm not sure if my site will stay up for very long! It's been on and off all morning, well, mostly off if I'm honest!
