Little Loves August

I can't believe we are coming to the end of August, I'm not ready for the Summer holidays to be over just yet. But of course nearing the end of the month, it must be time for this month's Little Loves post.

Read

I have been completely obsessed with the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas, if you haven't read them yet and you are a fan of series such as Twilight and The Hunger Games then you will love these even more. A strong female protagonist and a story line that gets better with each book.

Watched

This month I binged watched two series. The first of which was Riverdale and now I cannot wait for the next season in October. The second one was GLOW, this was a light-hearted TV show and with episodes being only half hour long it was an easy watch.

Heard

Well this month I'd have to say I've heard my children arguing, a lot!! Lol. It's the summer holidays and there have been quite a few rainy days so I suppose it is to be expected, although I know I'll miss their bickering when they're back in school next month.

Made

I made a yummy gin and white chocolate cheesecake and I also attempted to make a unicorn birthday cake which you can see below.

Wore

My finger may have slipped when browsing the Zara sale and a box of goodies might have turned up on my doorstep. Well who can resist when I spent £55 but saved myself over £150, I'd call that a bargain.

And lastly.....

I just wanted to give Busy B a mention, their customer service is so good. There was a page missing from my planner and after showing them what was missing they very kindly sent me a new planner as well as some cute sticky notes. All of which was very much appreciated!
