Skinny Coffee Club Review

Skinny Coffee Club is something you may or may not have seen trending on Instagram but now this product is being bought into Holland and Barrett stores across the country.

What is Skinny Coffee Club?

This is more than just your average coffee, in fact it has been hailed as the not so secret way to help encourage weight loss  by thousands of social media users. This is a coffee that contains coffee, green coffee beans and green tea extract with each each ingredient naturally helping to boost your bodies metabolism as well as Garcinia Cambogia which is said to reduce appetite.

Holland & Barrett nutritionist Elizabeth Wall had this to say: Skinny Coffee Club contains no more caffeine than a normal cup of coffee, so by swapping your morning coffee it is an easy way to take control of your weight. All the ingredients are natural and contain a considerable amount of beneficial nutrients not found in your bog standard caffeine hit.

How to use Skinny Coffee Club

Skinny Coffee Club she be drunk once a day in the morning 30 minutes before you have your breakfast. Simply put one teaspoon of the coffee in a cafetiere, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. It is suggested that you drink the coffee without milk or sugar but you can use a milk alternative like coconut or almond and a sweetener if necessary.

I've been using Skinny Coffee Club for 28 days now so I'm here to tell you my honest thoughts on the product.

Making the coffee as they say is simple and fairly fast although not quite as fast as instant as you have to wait for the coffee to infuse but I'm willing to wait a little while extra for my caffeine fix if I am getting something extra from it and I'll admit making my coffee in a cafetiere made me feel a little bit posh.

What does Skinny Coffee Club taste like?

For me the flavour wasn't the best, the coffee itself is on the weak side, this might be because I tend to load up my teaspoon but for the bag to last the full 28 days you couldn't put in more than a level teaspoon. However being on the weak side did have its benefits as I had no need to add in any type of sugar or sweetener which helped cut my calorie intake each day.

Did it help me to lose weight?

When I began using Skinny Coffee Club I didn't change anything else in my daily routine as I wanted to get a true representation of what the drink could really do, would it be as magical as others proclaim? I stuck to the same exercise routines and didn't deviate from my usual eating habits and by the end of the 28 days I was a bit disappointed that I hadn't lost any weight.

HOWEVER all was not lost because what I did notice was a serious change in the way I looked and felt. I forever walk around bloated, it isn't nice as there are times when I can look like I'm pregnant when I am most definitely not so although there wasn't any significant weight loss, the change in my appearance was most welcome.

A 28 day programme of Skinny Coffee Club can be purchased from Holland & Barrett for £24.95, and I guess the question you're all asking is would I recommend you spend your money on it and really I'd say the choice is yours. I would definitely do another 28 day cycle of it as having less bloating would be worth that cost to me.
