Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Read With Me. Thanks to all that linked up last week and big waves to everyone linking up this week. I set myself a target this year to read one book a week, really slowing down my reading post to allow me time to get on with my coursework but I just cant't seem to slow down that much. I actually read three books last week.
I was also sent a lovely book in the post, one of which I was not expecting but I thought deserved a mention. The lovely people at Little Tiger Press are celebrating 30 years and are doing this by publishing a fantastic children's book called Tiger Tiger.

My favourite post last week came from Story Snug with her review of the lovely picture book Thank Goodness for Bob. It explores the idea of worrying which sadly more and more kids do these days and as I always believe, books are great help when dealing with any issues that are perhaps harder to explain.
On to the link up. Newbies do look at the Read With Me page, regulars get linking (max of 2 posts/videos), comment on a couple of other posts and perhaps consider displaying my badge of linking back somehow.
Happy reading.
Happy reading.
Love that you are still managing to read three books a week, even though you're supposed to be cutting down! I'm only on my fourth book this year (although I have read 10 books for work, including some very long YA novels!).
ReplyDeleteSo technically you've read an awful lot lol. I love a good YA novel.
DeleteBookBairn hasn't put Tiger Tiger down since it arrived! She loves it and it's illustrations are fabulous! I can't blame her for loving it!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you manage 3 books a week! I wish I had more time to read. I'd feel better about buying more books every week if I could read more of them!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the Story Snug mention and for all of you who are sharing International Book Giving Day blogposts. It's much appreciated :)
ReplyDeleteThree books a week is amazing and whilst squeezing coursework in too! The Tiger book looks gorgeous #readwithme
ReplyDeleteNothing nicer than a new book coming through the post and I think I remember this one from long ago
ReplyDeleteI love getting surprise books, it looks a good one too :)
