We're reaching the end of another month which of course means I need to tell you about some of my favourites that I've been loving in July. This month seems to have rushed by so I don't have so many things to share with you but share with you I will :
Clif Bars
Clif Bars
You may remember a couple of months ago I was telling you all about PhD flapjacks that I had taken to snacking on. Well this month they've been shoved to the back of the cupboard in favour of these scrummy little bars. Packed full of protein and just the right amount of carbs they are the perfect post workout snack, I've become a tad addicted to the peanut butter ones. And they are also a fab size to have in your bag when out and about. I may have eaten all my supply before I could take a photo oops.
Maybelline Baby Lips
Maybelline Baby Lips
I love love love Baby Lips, in the past I've had pink and red shades but this month I opted to by a nude colour, Peach Kiss is not only a fab day to day colour, it smells wonderful and really does wonders for dry lips.
Women's Health magazine
You may have seen the latest article I wrote for magazine.co.uk with my thoughts on Women's Health magazine but I thought I'd share the link here incase you'd missed it. This is a magazine I buy regularly, I enjoy the recipes, the exercise routines and the inspiring articles from women reaching their fitness goals.
Orba Originals Goats Cream
This was a cream I actually purchased up in Greenwich market. At the time I was expecting great things but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It's really helped clear up the dry skin on my face and elbows. If only it could clear up my spots *sigh*.

dr.organic Aloe Vera Shampoo and Conditioner
I suffer with sensitive just about everything including my scalp. Every time I think I've found a shampoo that works, it soon begins to irritate again. These are free from a lot of the nasty chemicals and so far so good, my scalp isn't as itchy, the flakes are subsiding and my hair is left soft and shiny.
So what's on your favourites list this month, anything you'd like to recommend please do share in the comments below.

Ooh, I like the look of the shampoo and conditioner. I'm a bit fickle with my hair care and love a change of brand, these look great! x
