Read With Me 2015 #45

Hey there lovely readers, welcome to this weeks Read With Me. Thanks to everyone who linked up last week.

With two weeks to go until my eldest daughters birthday, she's coming up to 10, I thought I'd tell you some of the authors she loves right now to maybe give you some ideas if you have children around the same age :

David Walliams

Jacqueline Wilson

Chris Ridell (Goth Girl series)

J K Rowling (Harry Potter)

Suzanne Collins (The Hunger Games)

Elise amazes me as she can have 4 or 5 books on the go at any one time. I myself can only concentrate on one book at a time or I get majorly confused.

What about you guys, do you read one book at a time or start several at the same time?

My favourite post last week came from Thinking Parent. She reviews Why Love Matters by Sue Gerhardt and what I applaud is the honesty of her review, it was a very refreshing read!

Onto this weeks link up. If you are new to Read With Me, check out what it is all about here. Regulars, get linking, commenting and hopefully displaying my badge.

Happy reading.

  2. I have a son just like your daughter he always has several books on the go but I can usually only manage 2. See you again later.

  3. I read a lot of non-fiction so I tend to have a few of them on the go at once. Right now I have one on Victorian murders, one on UFOs, and another on reincarnation stories... I clearly don't like sleep! :)

  4. I don't have time to have more than one book on the go at a time, but son1 usually has 1 book at home and 1 in his school bag. Thanks for hosting
