The School for Good And Evil The Last Ever After Book Review

My daughter has been lucky enough to read the whole series of The School for Good And Evil so when we were given the chance to review the final installment she literally screamed with excitement.

the school for good and evil series

Sophie and Agatha thought their ending was sealed when they went their separate ways. But will their story be rewritten?

With the girls apart, Evil has taken over, The villains of the past have come back with a vengeance and the forces of Good are in deathly peril. Can anyone stand in the way of Evil's deadly reign- and the Last Ever fter of all?

The School for Good And Evil The Last Ever After starts where we left off in the last book. Agatha and Sophie's friendship seemed to have been ruined, now living separate lives each with the boy of their choice, things should be good right??

But Evil threatens everything. Evers are being murdered. Nevers seem to be reigning, it is up to the girls to restore some sort of balance.

I'll leave it to Elise (9years old) to share with you what she thought of the book :

The School for Good And Evil has brought and excellent conclusion to the series. The Last Ever After, Agatha and Sophie each fight for a happy ending but can't quite find what they are looking for. Soon the separate lives join to save the forces of good.

My favourite character is Agatha, she's a goth and really we know she would do anything for Sophie. My favourite moment was when Sophie is begging Tedros for a chance of happiness with him. It was so romantic! swoon. And my favourite picture is on page 194 because it looks absolutely magical.

Throughout the book we discover many new adventures for both Sophie and Agatha, my final thought is that this is a fairytale like none I've read before, I really adore this series.

This series I feel would appeal to both boys and girls because although there is romance involved the majority of the book is quite dark. It is entertaining, fast paced, a real page turner!!
