Read With Me #21

Hello you lovely lot. Welcome to this weeks Read With Me. Hope you've had a chance to either read something yourself or perhaps read a great book with your kids?

I got my reading mojo back last week and got stuck into a good few books.

My favourite was a set of two books written by Amanda Maxlyn.

What's Left of Me and What's Left of Us tells the story of Aundrea and Parker. There relationship is by no means straight forward.

When Aundrea meets Parker she is battling cancer, something that she doesn't want him to know however what develops between them, neither could have imagined.

I love their relationship but I also enjoyed the story that was portrayed alongside their coupling.

It was emotional, it was meaningful and it was tough to read at times but it showed that some things are certainly worth fighting for!!

Now my favourite post that was linked up last week comes from Stacy over at Living in Bookland. She reviewed the debut book from another lovely blogger. Secrets of the River by Jess McGlynn sounds like a wonderfully romantic book and one that I will definitely be reading.
