In the bathroom we have a wonderfully deep bath because we all like a good soak in the tub and time to relax or in my case I get to bathe with all the children invading.
There is a shower head attached to the bath making hair wash night that little bit less stressful. The girls have commented on how it actually looks like we have a phone on the bath (wouldn't that be nice).
And clawed feet holding the bath up add a bit more sophistication.
As well as the bath we're lucky to have a shower too, perfect for when we are in a rush in the morning and with a separate light, the hubby can jump in when he gets up early for work and not disturb everyone else.
Of course there is the obligatory toilet, a necessity some might say.
The one thing we added to this room is the mirror above the sink (thank you next).
The colour scheme is perfect because we have the same colours picked out down in the living room. A mix of whites, silvers and greys and the added sparkle in the tiles really makes the room shine. My youngest has spent a lot of time just staring at the floor and pointing out the 'glitter'.
I like that there was real attention to detail, with towel rails and shelving and the added swirls to the fixtures really bringing everything together.
I'm not sure that there's anything else we could do to the bathroom to improve it further, although maybe getting the kids to remember to flush the toilet would help!!

I do love the glittery bits. But where is your mould? Every bathroom has mould doesn't it? Doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteNothing better than having a good bath to soak in - when the kids are out of the house and you can actually relax!

ReplyDeleteI said it before, and I will say it again - your bath is gorgeous and it is great to get a closer look at the legs of it. The bathe sign is great too. Thank you for linking to #PoCoLo x
