To be precise, crisps with dip.
You know the saying from Pringles, "once you pop, you just can't stop". Well this is true for any packet of crisps that I open.
If I'm not careful I find myself going through a big bag of tortilla chips and a tub of hummus in one sitting, slightly calorific!!
So I decided to experiment making my own dips, try to bring a bit of healthy back to my night time snacking.
Here is my recipe for lime and avocado dip…
Ingredients
* 1 Ripened Avocado
* Half a Lime
* 3 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt
Preparation
* Cut up the avocado and mash in a bowl.
* Stir in the yoghurt.
* Squeeze in the juice from the lime.
* Mix altogether.
Now all you need to do is pop open a bag of crisps and get dipping.
