I love being part of the blogging community, I've "virtually" met so many genuinely nice people and I have loved learning more about them and collecting various ideas for crafting, cooking etc from posts that others have shared. One such group is The Blogging Mums Club over on Facebook. It is an open group that any blogger can join and share what they are writing on their blog on any given day.
The lovely Debbie who set up the group came up with a brilliant idea of The Blogging Mums Carnival, each week you can join in the carnival fun, find some new blogs to follow whilst reading some amazing posts and commenting as you go.
My float for this weeks carnival post is Recipes.
So I'm going to get this carnival moving with my own personal favourite recipe post has to be my Peanut Butter Mug Cake, a naughty but nice treat.
The lovely Kate from Family Fever shares her Banana and Ginger Cake recipe, perfect by itself or swimming in custard.
I have fallen in food love with Michelle from Twice a Mummy Double The Funs recipe for Strawberry Pavlova, something sweet and simple, ideal for the Summer months which are soon to be upon us.
Now I'm not one to turn down alcohol so this recipe for Boozy Brandy Truffles that Rachel from Activities 4 Kidz has shared definitely appeals to me, I can imagine them to be very morish.
Charlottle from Charlotte's Kitchen has provided us with a recipe for a traditional Swedish treat, Kanel Bullar, that's Swedish Cinnamon Buns to you and me :)
The lovely Karen over at Monkey Footed Mummy shows us just how easy is is to make home made pittas.
Now I started a diet again at the weekend so this Feta and Beetroot salad recipe from Jen at My Mummy's Pennies is right up my street, brilliant for a bit of Al Fresco dining!!
This Macaroni Cheese recipe is a classic dish from Emma over on The Mini Mes and Me, great for kids and adults, this is the kind of thing that my girls would eat day in day out.
And our final carnival recipe offering is from Sammy from One Blue One Pink, just don't think about the calories when you tuck into her Chocolate Crunch Cake.
So there we have it, I hope you've enjoyed the carnival fun, the fun doesn't need to stop here though, carry on the carnival by visiting the above posts, they would all really appreciate a comment or two.
And please do share with me any of your recipe posts in the comments below, I would love to read them.
