Parragon's Bonnie Marcus Collection Review

I am a huge fan of Parragon books, I have been lucky enough to review some of their range in the past. Recently Parragon teamed up with Bonnie Marcus, an award winning stationary designer, to create the Bonnie Marcus Collection. Bonnie's designs have filled the stationary world since 2002 and having a background in fashion, it is no surprise that her inspiration comes from the runway.  Her slogan is very fitting, "when fashion meets paper".

I was lucky enough to be sent a selection of books from the range to look at and try before they were even released.

I received :

*Tri-Fold Notebook

Each book is indeed extremely stylish, feminine, fashionable, they appealed to me immediately.

Tri-Fold Notebook

This set includes an 80 page writing pad, 8 different sets of sticky note pads and a handy pocket to keep all of your notes, letters etc in. The notebook is illustrated with lots of wonderful shoe designs, Bonnie Marcus understands that majority of us women appreciate a good pair of shoes, I know I do. There are also lots of fun quotes throughout, helping brighten your day as you write down reminders to yourself, notes for others. Priced at £10, it would make the perfect gift for anyone that likes to stay organised but also for all the shoe lovers out there!!

Pocket Puzzle Books

I am a huge sudoku fan, it is something I like to do to keep my mind active!! Bonnie Marcus has taken the idea of sudoku and given it a makeover with a feminine twist. With gorgeous covers, these puzzle books are the ideal size to pop into your bag, or in my case my changing bag. A fab item to have with you if you are on a journey of some sort or perhaps waiting for an appointment. Priced at £4.00, I consider them to be a bargain, plenty of puzzles to be getting on with and they've even put the answers in the back for you. And if sudoku isn't your thing there are also word search and crossword versions available.

Food Journal

This was my favourite out of all the books sent to me. You can tell it is part of the same collection, gorgeous illustrations, making it more fun, they engage you, it made me excited to fill it in. Packed full of recipes, inspiring quotes, information about certain foods and a food diary so you can keep track of what you are eating, it focuses on not only keeping you healthy but happy too. I've found it a great help writing down what I am eating each day, makes me look at it and think I could do better!! One of my favourite quotes that I read in there is, "be so happy that when others look at you, they feel happy too". Priced at a tiny £5.00, I can't recommend this food journal enough, the quotes can make you smile on a down day and remind you just why you should be happy and the food diary and recipes really help to keep you motivated to being healthy!!

Overall a beautifully stylish set of books, perfect for any woman whether it be for yourself or a gift for others, they are the perfect accessory to add a little bit of glamour to your life. The collection is available from Amazon, John Lewis and all good book stores so why not treat yourself.
