Disney's Frozen Made Me Cry

On Saturday Layla got a rare afternoon with Daddy Hazelden and I treated my eldest three daughter's to a trip to the cinema to watch Disney's latest film Frozen, ok I admit it was a treat for me too because I love love love Disney films.

Good old Dover cinema is always a bargain day out, it cost me a tiny £13 for all us to watch the film, the nice man was kind enough to let Gracie go for free, it was that butter wouldn't melt look that did it!! I mean just look at these faces :

I had heard so many good things about this film and being made by the same people that produced Tangled (which is also amazing), I was eager to see if it lived up to the hype.

My girls and I are extremely happy to confirm that Disney's Frozen did not disappoint. It follows the story of Elsa who has the ability to create ice and snow, when her mounting emotions trigger the magic, it sets of an eternal Winter in Arrendelle, her sister Ana bravely sets out to make things right again.

With lots of loveable characters, it is packed full of fun, laughter and action, I'm quite sure even boys would enjoy it too.

The girls favourite character was Olaf, the snowman that likes warm hugs, he's not afraid of melting!!!

My personal favourite was Oaken, he runs Oaken's Trading Post and he had me chuckling from the moment he popped up on the screen.

And just like many other Disney films, it bought tears to my eyes and it wasn't just me, my eldest daughter was also crying. Just goes to show how Disney really manage to capture our imaginations and pull on our heart strings!!!

I recommend all children and adults go and see this film, it is one you don't want to miss!!!!

  1. My husband took our 3 girls to see frozen while I stayed at home with my son. He too loved it and said it was hilarious! I was expecting him home like a bear with a sore head.

  5. We loved this too when we went to watch it! I think it's brilliant! I also love the fact that the sisters saved each other with true love rather than relying on a prince! I would recommend this to anybody!!
