I don't know about any of you but I suffer from bloating. On a bad day, I can end up looking 6 months pregnant and have a seriously sore belly. I think it stems from eating the wrong foods such as white bread, pasta, you know all those carbs that you just can't resist!!
People say breakfast is the most important meal of the day so surely starting the day with the right foods will help ease the discomfort in my tummy??
All Bran has introduced a new chocolate cereal, Chocolate Wheats. It contains lots of natural wheat bran fibre which has been scientifically proven to ease the symptoms of digestive discomfort (bloating). This in turn will help to improve your overall well being.
This all sounded good to me so I was happy to try them and see whether it made a difference to how I feel/look.
The cereal itself looks a bit like shredded wheat and manages to keep a certain crunch to it even when covered in milk.
My kids have actually been eating it dry as a morning snack and I've heard no complaints.
I think that it would be good for those dieting as it gives you that chocolate fix too, a bit naughty but nice at the same time and I was left feeling fuller for longer after eating it.
All Bran Chocolate Wheats come in 340g boxes and have a RRP of £2.69, this in my opinion is quite a reasonable price compared to a lot of other cereals on the market.
And as for the bloating, I definitely noticed a difference, less bloating and I felt less sluggish!!
Now if this sounds good you can enter the giveaway below to win 2 cases of All Bran Chocolate Wheats, thats 10 boxes!! The giveaway is open to UK residents only and will close at 11.59pm on the 29th July 2014.
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Good luck everyone
xxxx
Disclaimer : I was sent the cereal free of charge for reviewing purposes however all thoughts and opinions are my own.
