Peanut Butter Mug Cake

One of my guilty pleasures has to be the nutella mug cake, it is delicious and really satisfies that craving for cake that I seem to always have come the evening time. However it isn't exactly the healthiest thing to eat. I wanted to come up with something that would be just as tasty but wouldn't leave me feeling as guilty after consuming it. I came up with the peanut butter mug cake.

Ingredients

* 4 tbsp wholemeal self raising flour
* 4 tbsp caster sugar
* 3 tbsp cocoa powder
* 3 tbsp sunflower oil
* 3 tbsp semi skimmed milk
* 1 large egg
* 2 tbsp crunchy nut peanut butter
Preparation

* Spoon all of the ingredients into a large mug of jug if you don't have a mug big enough.

* Mix all of the ingredients together until they for a smooth mixture

* Cook in the microwave for one and a half minutes.

What you get is a moist sponge like cake that is not only tasty but fairly healthy too. The great thing about this recipe is that it is so quick and easy to make, you don't have to wait long to get your cake fix!!!
